Zoe Ezzard is a passionate educational leader in both Australia and the United Kingdom who is devoted to creating nurturing, learner‑centred environments grounded in Montessori pedagogy. As Principal of Brisbane Montessori School, she guides the school’s vision, curriculum, and daily life, ensuring that students from early childhood through adolescence flourish academically, socially, and personally.

Before joining Brisbane Montessori School, Zoe served as Principal of Inner Sydney Montessori School and was the Founder and CEO of the Sydney Montessori Training Centre. In these roles, she championed authentic Montessori experiences for students while supporting the professional growth of teachers, fostering communities where curiosity, independence, and critical thinking are celebrated.

Deeply committed to the broader Montessori community, Zoe continues to be actively involved in teacher training initiatives, helping educators cultivate environments that embody Dr. Maria Montessori’s principles.
