Brad Vinning
Brad Vinning brings more than two decades of legal, governance, and commercial expertise to the Brisbane Montessori School Board.
Appointed in 2025, Brad views board service as a meaningful way to contribute to the school community. His appointment reflects both a desire to give back and an opportunity to invest more deeply in his children’s education and the Montessori philosophy.
Brad is a Partner at Sparke Helmore, where he has specialised in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and complex legal matters for over 20 years. He advises clients across regulated and high-growth sectors, bringing a practical, solutions-focused approach to navigating risk, strategy, and commercial decision-making.
In addition to his legal practice, Brad serves as a Director of Cubiko Holdings Pty Ltd, a healthcare software company backed by Sonic Healthcare. In this role, he contributes strategic legal insight, governance capability, and commercial acumen within a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Brad is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has served on several advisory boards, including the Sparke Helmore Audit and Risk Committee. His experience spans governance, risk management, strategic planning, and board dynamics across both the private sector and mission-led organisations.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance), and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
