This R U OK? Day, we’re taking a moment to remember the importance of checking in with the people around us... not just today, but any day.

In a school community, connection matters. A friendly hello, noticing when a friend seems a little different, or simply asking, 'Are you OK?' can be a small moment that lets someone know they are seen and cared for.

At Brisbane Montessori School, we value the relationships that help our students grow - learning to listen, show empathy, care for others and seek support when they need it.
