Journey & Discovery Parent Workshop

Our Journey & Discovery parent workshop was held on Saturday, offering families a meaningful opportunity to step into their child’s world and deepen their understanding of how learning unfolds within the Montessori prepared environment. Grounded in Montessori pedagogy, this immersive experience invited parents to engage with the environment through their child’s lens.

The morning began with parents being invited to move quietly through classrooms across each stage of the educational continuum. Through observing in silence, without conversation or explanation, parents were able to engage more fully with their surroundings and experience the environment as a child might: through curiosity, observation, order, beauty, and calm.

The workshop then transitioned to the Discovery session, a particularly powerful part of the experience, where parents had the opportunity to engage directly with Montessori materials across the curriculum in a purposeful, hands-on way. This allowed families to experience the joy of exploration and gain deeper insight into the learning processes their children encounter each day.

Our dedicated team of educators are deeply committed to supporting every family, not only in the classroom but also beyond.
