Lower Primary Working With Your Child

The Lower Primary Working With Your Child (WWYC) event offers families a meaningful opportunity to join their child in the classroom and gain a firsthand glimpse into their learning experiences.

Throughout the event, children take the lead by selecting work they would like to share. This may include familiar materials, activities they feel confident demonstrating, or collaborative projects completed with classmates. Families are encouraged to follow their child’s lead by observing them at work, participating in a lesson they present, working together on an activity, asking questions, or simply enjoying a story side by side.

WWYC provides a unique window into your child’s school life, offering valuable insights into their academic progress, social development, growing independence, confidence, and sense of belonging within the classroom community.
