Montessori National Curriculum Update

We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news.

The Board of the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority, or ACARA, has formally recognised the Australian Montessori National Curriculum as meeting the requirements of the Australian Curriculum Version 9.0, all the way through to Year 10.

This means that Montessori education in Australia is now nationally recognised across the key learning areas, including English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, The Arts, and Health and Physical Education, with Technology thoughtfully integrated across other areas in authentic Montessori ways.
