We're looking for an accomplished and inspiring Montessori leader to help shape the future of our Primary School while remaining meaningfully connected to our children, our prepared environment and our community.

You are an experienced Montessori educator who understands that great leadership is both strategic and deeply human - grounded in relationships, guided by Montessori principles and focused on creating the conditions in which children, educators and our wider community can thrive.

This is an opportunity to provide educational, operational, and people leadership across our Lower and Upper Primary programs; support our Class Directors and education teams, strengthen consistency across the Primary School, and contribute to a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
