Brisbane Montessori School (BMS) offers our school hall for hire, which can be booked outside of school hours (weekends and weekdays from 4.00pm) and limited in-school hours (between 7.30am to 4.00pm).
Nganbirra Hall
- Public Hire - $55 per hour
- School Community Hire - $35 per hour
Our hall, located in the heart of the school campus, is available for hire at $55 per hour (public) and $35 per hour (BMS School community). Nganbirra hall is a spacious 235sqm multipurpose area complete with polished hard wood floors. Our hall is perfect for after school extracurricular and community activities, as well as conferences, local events, arts performances and private functions.
The hall has a sound system, industrial fans, large screen and projector, microphone capabilities and toilet facilities. Sturdy white plastic chairs and a selection of trestle tables are also available for use within the hire cost. A full kitchen with spacious benches as well as microwave and oven facilities can also be made available for events utilising external registered catering businesses only. Please note, the kitchen use is at the discretion of Brisbane Montessori School, no home cooking is available for this kitchen.
We do not take any birthday or party bookings for those aged between 5 to 40 years old. It is important to note that we are an educational facility, so all other aged birthday party bookings will be assessed upon application but may not always be approved.
